Delivery Times

Stock items and fabrics usually despatched within 5 - 7 working days from date we receive the order

Very occasionally in the more unusual patterns, an item will go out of stock. As there are over 500 stock tartan fabrics it is not always possible to have every item readily available. In this case, we will inform you immediately. Most items can be made up and despatched within 1 - 2 weeks. We will contact you as soon as we know of any possible delays over 2 weeks

Made to order Items

Please allow 2- 4 weeks for items which are made to order from Stock Fabrics. These include waistcoats, Braces, Deerstalker Caps, Lap Trays, Self Tie Bow Ties and Matching Scarves

Please allow at least 3 weeks for made to measure Kilts.
Please allow 4 weeks for Casual Kilts, Trousers/Trews and Ladies Skirts
Please allow at least 8 weeks for items to be made from a special weave wool tartan either an existing one or your own design
Please allow 12 - 13 weeks for items specially done in Dress Silk fabric such as Sashes, Cummerbunds + Bow ties, Stoles and Arisaids

If you are placing an order which is particulairly urgent or is needed by a specific date please contact us by phone/fax/email before placing it so we can make sure the order can be completed within the timescale

Once the order is despatched

You will receive confirmation by email once the order is despatched including any tracking numbers
UK delivery by First class mail takes 1 - 2 days and by courier takes 24hrs
Rest of World delivery by Airmail normally takes 1 - 2 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks
Delivery by Fedex takes 3 - 5 days depending on the country and customs clearance.
